Managing Member

Jessica Dengler

Jessica Dengler, a visionary leader in organizational development and human resources, has built a distinguished career centered on fostering inclusive work environments. With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and ongoing studies in Leadership Development, Jessica excels in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Her expertise also spans employee engagement, where she implements innovative, purpose-driven leadership strategies to enhance workplace culture.

Outside of her professional achievements, Jessica is a dedicated wife and mother of six. She skillfully balances her career with her commitment to family, actively supporting her children's activities and personal development.

Heather Himes

Heather, a Phoenixville native, has built a distinguished career centered on family and community values. She began her professional journey as an Event Coordinator at NovaCare Rehabilitation, where she dedicated 12 years to enhancing client engagement and managing events related to sports contracts.

Heather then advanced to Vanguard, where she spent 7 years with the Financial Advisor Services Team. Her role there allowed her to expand her expertise to include compliance, new hire orientation, sales executive training, project management, vendor relations, procurement, and contract negotiations. She now serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Pegasus Financial Planning.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heather is a dedicated mother of two boys, actively supporting their extracurricular activities. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Booster Club for her sons' high school volleyball team, where she coordinates team fundraising and activities.

Farren Ventrulli, a dedicated Global Supply Chain professional with over 15 years of leadership experience, specializes in driving excellence and process improvement. Her career is centered on streamlining operations, fostering growth, and promoting transparent communication and sustainability.
